  6. Touch-point Innovation: Identify innovative marketing, communications, packaging, pricing, channel, distribution, customer support and PR strategies to enhance and support targeted holistic customer experiences. 
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Feedback loop to assess delivery of customer requirements and satisfaction of needs, using lead-user panels as well as broad customer database. Driver analysis to identify aspects of experience that drive customer satisfaction.
